O’Neill Solicitors is a well-established law firm with our head office based in Stockport, North-West England. Our expert team of solicitors specialises in providing legal services to the residential property and remortgage markets along with associated practices.
Our business was incorporated in the year 1987 and since then, we are one of the leading conveyancing firms in the UK. Our main office based in Stockport is home to our experienced conveyancing teams, conveyancing training academy, client relations and supporting business functions. The teams work tirelessly to make the whole conveyancing process as simple and efficient as possible, providing clients with the education, legal support, and communication experience to guide them through a significant moment in their life.
Our business has adapted well to the changing conveyancing market scenario in the last couple of years, and this has enabled us to stay ahead of the curve and adopt a flexible approach that allows us to bring in technology and innovation in how we deliver our services to our clients.
Since our inception, we have delivered our conveyancing services to over 2 million customers across the UK. Our conveyancing team manages over 200 instructions every day, while our remortgage team completes over 100 instructions across our offices in Stockport, Leeds and Stoke on Trent. Our completion rates are phenomenal, with c.1000, 000 transactions completed last year making us 3rd largest conveyancing UK firm with expertise working in multiple introducer markets including direct lenders & panel managers.
