Our remortgage team has years of experience dealing with all aspects of remortgage transactions. We have 11 team managers and over a hundred case managers and support staff. Our case managers have experience in all aspects of residential remortgage and we provide continuous in-house and external training to keep abreast of new legal developments. Our case managers have between 1 and 25 years of experience in the industry. All of our case managers have received extensive training and work under the direct supervision of a manager with between 10 and 20 years of experience. Our remortgage case managers conduct the day-to-day work on cases, with a small support team who help to manage administration tasks.
