Our Residential Conveyancing team has years of experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions. Katherine Pinnell heads up the residential conveyancing team with the support of 10 team managers and a team of 120 Case Managers and Conveyancing Support staff.

Our Case Managers have experience in all aspects of conveyancing law and we dedicate ourselves to ensuring our knowledge stays up to date, in order to give you the best possible service. The team have between 1 and 40 years’ experience in the industry. We always make sure that junior colleagues are supported and supervised appropriately to ensure quality of advice and service, regardless of who is working on your case.

We employ a team of conveyancers who do much of the day to day work on cases. Although in some cases they are not legally qualified, they have between 1 and 25 years’ experience, have received extensive training and work under the direct supervision of a manager with at least 8 years’ experience.
