Our Conveyancing & Remortgage teams

The UK property market can provide a challenging environment of leasehold, freehold, and buy-to-let property transactions each requiring a different level of property law and conveyancing knowledge.

We currently have over 200 case managers covering a range of conveyancing transactions from simple remortgages to more complex sales or purchase transactions. Our teams are getting bigger and better as we look to expand our operations across all our offices.

Start your training through our academy, dealing with simple cases and supporting experienced case managers, or join with experience and take on more complex cases and provide support and mentoring to those new to the industry.

Customer Services

Do you want to contribute to our outstanding level of customer service to our clients?

Our Client Relations team provides client-facing services that support the conveyancing process. This could be at the front end of finding new business or onboarding new clients, to providing top-level client support and service through our Client Relations department

Central Functions

Our company wouldn’t run smoothly without all the great people we have working behind the scenes. Our central functions are critical as Movera continues to grow, we are always on the lookout for people with the talent and passion to help achieve our business objectives.

Technology Team

Movera is market-leading in the development of legal technology for the conveyancing sector. Our IT team are experts in case management system development, using the latest in automation to enable our conveyancers to spend their time focusing on client relationships.

People Team

We are a people-focused business and the people team works passionately to support our colleagues from their initial recruitment, through their journey to building a career with Movera.

We focus on providing a learning and development journey, building knowledge and experience through our Training Academy, on-the-job experience, and mentoring from our senior solicitors.

Finance Team

In a growing organisation it’s important to have a strong focus on investment with the management of costs and financial operations. Our finance teams work across conveyancing operations in supporting the secure management of client monies, through the financial governance of management accounting and on our growth investments and acquisition strategy.v

Marketing Team

As Movera continues to grow, our marketing team is critical in evolving the brand propositions in line with market opportunities and managing the marketing strategies to grow our brands and business. With a focus on recruitment, business-to-business, and direct-to-consumer marketing the variety of opportunities is exciting and rewarding.

Private Client

At Movera we also offer a range of private client services, including wills and probate, dispute resolution, and leasehold enfranchisement.

Our Private Client business is managed by some of our most experienced solicitors, often supporting a conveyancing transaction and providing a career path for our experience conveyancers to work towards.
